 This week I spent an afternoon with these two sweet brothers. We had fun together napping, playing, and snacking. I captured the opportunity to take some pictures of them "in action" as well.  |

I was also excited to try out my new Canon 50mm lens - and what better opportunity than with two energetic little fellows hanging around? Although this is my first experience with a fixed lens, we've already made good buddies. I think this fast aperture lens will be my favorite for general purpose.

Thank you! I really like the 50mm, though I am still getting used to the focusing differences between it and my other zoom lens. What camera model do you currently shoot with?

ReplyDeleteI have a Rebel XSi (basically the 450D)and just the standard 18-55 right now. I'd like to get the 50mm 1.8 and also a good zoom lens-70-300? Not sure yet what options are available and what will work best for me.
It's my understanding that I can still use the lenses when I upgrade to a "pro" camera in the future. So I think I'll go ahead and invest in lenses for now and continue to improve my photography.
